Jose Mier Asks Why Not?
It’s pouring as I write this and it’s making me mad. We are constantly hammered by news and politicians here in California that we need to save water and that we’re in a severe drought. It’s raining right now and I’m watching thousands of gallons of water pass by me on their way to…the ocean. Why can’t we put things in place to save this water during times of rain? Why can’t each house or apartment building have something in place to catch rainwater for later use? Seems like a good idea. If you have an answer as to why we’re not doing this, please let me know.
